Employees

Every company can only be as successful as its employees

We implement this motto 100 percent in our company. Our team of around 100 employees consists mainly of electrical technicians and engineers, but also physicists, mathematicians and graduates of other courses of study. From bachelor’s to master’s and diploma to doctorate, every academic degree is represented here. We are also strongly committed to our junior staff. Every year, around ten students complete their internship semester with us, followed by a thesis. Many of our employees come from the Hamburg and Kiel area. To save them a long commute to work every day, we moved our head office from Meldorf to Itzehoe and decided to set up a branch office in Hamburg and a branch office in Kiel in 2011. We also offer each of our employees flexitime and the option of working from home. Around 20 percent of our employees take advantage of the opportunity to work part-time. Further training is essential in our industry. For this reason, we offer our employees comprehensive internal and external training. Our low fluctuation rate shows that our employees feel at home with us. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, we organize an annual strategy meeting in which every employee can express their goals. We then work together to develop our target planning for the coming year. This significantly increases the transparency of our decisions. All employees also have the opportunity to take advantage of the company pension scheme we have introduced. This is in line with our ethical and ecological principles. In addition, we attach great importance to the best possible working conditions, for example through flexible workplace selection, additional weekly offers such as back training and massages as well as ergonomic office workstations.
