Immission control experts
Officially designated measuring point according to §29b BImSchG
Acoustics deals with the propagation and perception of sound. The field of technical acoustics deals with the acoustic properties of technical systems, buildings and machines. Technical systems include wind turbines, noise-emitting industrial plants, CHP units and many more. However, the assessment of sound-emitting systems with regard to the impacting immissions of the environment (residents) is also an important part of the work of a test laboratory for technical acoustics. Nowadays, noise is playing an increasingly important role in society, as it has been scientifically proven that excessive noise exposure can cause stress-related illnesses. To this end, there are a number of laws and guidelines that can be used to measure and assess the noise impact on the environment and thus ensure compliance with the statutory guideline values. M.O.E. is a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory and a designated measuring body in accordance with § 29b of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). We have the necessary know-how and professional measurement technology to carry out independent and objective emission and immission measurements on industrial plants, wind turbines and measurements in accordance with §§26, 28 BImSchG (measurements for special reasons). Furthermore, we prepare noise reports for your technical plant, your commercial property, your shooting range, but also for traffic noise and much more. We also support public planning and approval procedures in the course of urban land-use planning.
M.O.E. is divided into two specialist areas:
